I'm pretty sure that what's happening is we're being handed off to one of the international streams because the English stream is overloaded. There's no way to turn it off because it's part of the broadcast you're getting. You could reload and hope you get a translation-free stream next time.
do you think Apple knows there are major problems happening right now? They need to turn Phil's mic up.

Dear Apple,
the stream just keeps restarting, I saw the "TV Truck Schedule" image twice, then I had audio but no image and my Apple TV was frozen and I couldn't even go back to the menu or shut it down and I had to remove the power cable to restart it, I saw half the introduction TWICE with INTERLACING problems (who the **** uses interlacing in 2014) and now there's a lady talking in Chinese over the english audio and no option to turn that off since audio stream is "unknown".
Whoever is in charge of the live streaming should be FIRED for such incompetence and for making Apple look like amateurs.
