Is VoLTE iPhone 6 specific, or will it also work on iPhone 5s with iOS8?

Likely iPhone 6/+ specific. They said its due to the expanded band support and carrier aggregation. ITs been said in the past as well that phones that support it now use a third antenna, which the 5/5s didnt have.

Doesn't matter really, they were distributing to several different streaming services at once - Youtube being the biggest one - to make it available on 'all' platforms out there without limitations.

It seems like the problem with this stream lies near the source - the Chinese voiceover and all.

The 5.5 inch iPhone is going to be released to be a competitor to Samsung's galaxy note phones. Evidently they have run out of innovative ideas and feel threatened by Samsung so they're trying to tap into the market share.
