Feel free to setup a live streaming engine for them that can handle millions of viewers across the globe. Also remember, Apple doesn't control the boarder routers, switches, and other equipment in various ISP services. You (and us all here) are not the only person(s) watching this keynote.

If we're getting test screens, mixed audio and random chopping to other streams that's nothing to do with any of things - it's coming from the source.
