UK hasn't even got iTunes Radio yet....

Actually, they said that it was coming to the US in October, and they are working on rolling it out to other countries as soon as possible. Considering that most of the CC companies are already represented in the EU, as are some of the partner retailers (Starschmucks, Staples, Groupon to name a few), it'll probably happen faster than you think.
