Not to early adopters. I would've been really pissed off after dropping $3k just half a year ago.
This is a stopgap. They already said a Mac Pro is coming in 2018.
I'd want to actually run the build costs on those specs. I'm sure Apple sourced those numbers from the most expensive outlets.
iMac Pro looks incredible.
And remember THEY'RE STILL MAKING a new Mac Pro - and that's going to be more powerful than the iMac Pro.

Did you guys see that home screen icon? OMG they redesigned the home screen! It looked like you could have bigger apps with widgets mixed in on the home screen or something? I remember seeing a concept video like this a couple years ago.

IMAC pro fully spec'ed out will be 10K that is crazy.
He is comparing it to the Z station but I bet it doesn't use the same series XEON that the Z Station does.
