Well, even on my ipad 2 it's fine. Connected to corporate Wi-Fi with 2 mbps bandwidth...

iPad 2 was probably one of the best tech purchases I've ever made. My 32GB with 3G still going strong after 6 years!!! It's seen iOS 4.3 all the way to 9.3.5. That's simply remarkable longevity for a product. I obviously have a newer iPad but the 2 was a great device.
