Tim talked about live news in the TV app. Wasn’t this always available through apps like CNN using the API or did they not have access to the TV app like other apps with different type of content ?

As far as I know live streams weren’t available in the tv app, only on demand content. I wonder how exactly this will work, and which apps will support it. PlayStation Vue is now listed as a tv provider in Settings, so I’m wondering if they and other streaming services will be providing their news stations’ feeds in the TV app, or if it will just be available for individual station apps. I’m really very intrigued as to how this will work...it’d be nice to have the news easily accessible here. I hate Vue’s layout.
