Live Photo Driving me BATTY

Is there anyway to turn it off PERMANTELY? I know you can turn it off in the camera settings under LIVE PHOTO...but it keeps turning on (and I don't know why). I hate LIVE PHOTO...to me it serves no purpose.

I want it GONE. 🙂

There seems to be a bug with preserve settings for the camera. I also have it set to remember that it’s turned off but it sometimes randomly turns itself back on.

I have submitted this to Apple as a bug and I’d suggest you all do the same as well.

I’ve been having this same issue and I HATE IT!!! It’s almost infuriating. I don’t like it, to me it ruins pictures.
