LIVE PHOTO PROBLEM

Is anyone getting a moment when the screen turns black when you unlock your phone with touch id when you have a live photo as the lockscreen and a regular wallpaper as the homescreen. This has happened on all 3 6s I have. It looks really bad

i never noticed it until i read your post just now, but i Don't see what's so bad about it. its switching pictures.

There are a lot of issues with the 6s/plus right now. Give it an update or two.

I'm pretty sure that's always been the case when you have two different wallpapers. It's just the system switching over to the new one
