iPhone Live Photos Album - App

Anybody knows any app which can filter all live photos and lets us create a separate album of the same.

From what I understand it only works inside of the Apple system so far.

That should not be a problem, just need an app which will show all the Live Photos and let me create an album with them. I know lively or live gif do show the Live Photos, so definitely it should be feasible.

Come on jokes aside, need an app which lets us create an album with all the Live Photos . I don't want to just see all my Live Photos. I wish apple would have automatically done this
