Live Photos needs their own album

Live Photos needs their own dedicated album (like Selfies, Screenshots have) in both the Photos app in iOS 9 and OS X 10.11.

I agree it's crazy this was not part of the release hopefully Apple will add it by iOS 10

It's not gonna happen. Apple want those to become the new norm so hey won't differentiate between regular and Live Photos.

I don't have iPhone 6s, and I'm shocked that Apple deemed it important to have a dedicated 'Selfies' album and not a 'Live Photos' album...

In typical Apple fashion, we'll get it in iOS 10.

You can download "Lively", it shows you only the Live photos and you can also export them in GIF or MOV format. Great app!
