Live Photos not importing to Photos?

Anyone else seeing this? Importing live photos from a 6S to Photos just converts to a static JPEG - is this just me or is this a wider issue?
 
What version of OS X(macOS)?

And I assume you're using iOS 10 on your iPhone? (Seeing as this is the iOS 10 sub forum)

Sorry only just seen the reply. I'm on the latest iOS 10 beta and the most recent non beta build of OS X
