iPhone XS Max Live Photos not working

I just realized that Live Photo is not working since I got my Xs Max. it worked on my 7 Plus.

Is there something I need to enable? Or is this feature gone?

That is ON. Still no Live Photo. Even the live photos from previous phone do not have the movement anymore.
