There won't be one. A live blog would be your best bet. Check Engadget in the morning within an hour or so of the start time and you should see the link front and center.

It seems Apple has stopped doing live streams. I'm guessing this has to do with technical/organizational issues.

If all your getting is some dev site, you'll want to try http://www.watchvertex.com - whether the site will stream the event or not I don't know. It claims to!
My suspicion was that it is to ensure the reporters actually show up. While sure, there will always be some reporters there, if it is all livestreamed, you'd have a lot of reporters staying home and commenting on the livestream instead. Especially in this economy.
