well, if that image is any indication ...
Bonjour usually means Good Morning/Day but I suppose it can go for hello
Danke is German and means Thank You
Bye - no comment
obrigado is Portuguese and means thank You
ola is Spanish and means wave (hello in Spanish is hola)

hmmm
Bom dia which is in Portuguese the same as Bonjour can also be used as a cordial salute. The equivalent in Spanish is also able to be used the same way.
Olá is hello in Portuguese. It's more common in Portugal itself. Brazilians prefer "Oi".
Obrigado does mean Thank you but translating it literally would be obliged. It has a Latin root that meant you were obliged to acknowledge your debt or appreciation.

If Apple already has a transition tool, they should make it available, not just through iphone, airpods, facetime. Google translate is lacking. Does Apple translate exist someplace?

Can we get a version of airpods with USBC ports at the bottom, along with a wired headset to attach them to with USBC connectors? So if we prefer to use them in a "wired mode" with the classic remote and physical USBC connection we can?

Hah I bet this will only be available on AirPods Pro 3 with an iPhone 17 pro/pro max

I have a Timekettle ear bud thing that works pretty well translating between English and Japanese. You can use different settings depending on whether you want to hear the translation or see it translated on your iPhone. Considering the challenge of translating between these two very different languages, I think it does a pretty good job. If Apple can do the job as well, that'd be great.

I hope there is a feature where we are able to communicate with the person speaking another language; otherwise, this could be one-sided. Either way, I am excited to see this happen.

It may let you understand what they're saying; but how will you talk to them?
You talk back in your language and their AirPods translates it. They don’t have AirPods? Then they will appear green to you in your Vision Pro. People with AirPods will have a blue halo.

Grok can do live translation today. Tell it to go to translation mode and between which two languages to translate. It’s really good with a 1-2 second delay.
