Heeey... @AndreeOnline I've added some huge improvements to image and video generation that I think you'll be interested in... higher resolution... lower memory usage... let me know how it goes and I hope to see amazing results!

An smile from Wan 2.2 tested on Tosh
A PG rated bike ride using Wan 2.1

Starting some tests now. Going for 1280x704px and 3.4s (Wan 2.2 TI2V 5B), and realising it's going to take a minute... or a 100... 😅

Let's hope it doesn't end up in a grey mush, haha...

Sure! The first was glitchy so I didn't post it straight up, but since it doesn't matter at all at this stage:

And a second one, or should I say: a second Wan:

Considering the time it takes for them to render: if it's a smaller addition where you can "reuse" the instance code from the 'Images' tab, I'd welcome the opportunity to start another instance (or two) on the video side as well. I start them and leave the computer. Would be nice to have two or three files to come back to!

Yes, I thought that too, but let's take it easy haha, we've achieved a lot in two months, we need to go into stabilization mode

BTW: it would be interesting to hear your "plans", or what you think might be possible with this app and your development. I put plans in airquotes since it's not intended—at all—to make you promise things that then become a burdon later on.

Still, how far do you think this road goes? Where do you draw your inspiration from when it comes to features?

When Wan 2.2... is selected in the dropdown list, it says below that it's able to produce 1280x704 at 24fps, 5 seconds (120 frames).

But the other dropdown only offers a choice of up to 81 frames, which is 3.4s. Is this an oversight? Would be nice to have a 120 frame choice here... or higher of course, but it seems 5s is max?

The problem isn't the engine's limit, but the model's. Running more frames than the model allows degrades its quality. I investigated those models specifically, and that's the maximum they offer at the moment.

Regarding the roadmap, I'm still not entirely sure how far I'll go or what the next steps will be. I mostly adapt to the community's needs, since it started as a personal project, but it was too much power to use for myself, so I decided to share it. Every day I come up with new ideas, mostly optimizations to include, but it's all quite unpredictable, to be honest. Certainly one of the important remaining steps is the notarization of the app with Apple, which I hope to achieve in the coming weeks.
