Lo Jack for Laptops?

    I've heard good things about Undercover, nothing about Lo Jack.

    Hell, if it can locate cars...how couldn't it not work.

    My only concern is that is someone doesn't access the internet with it you are SOL.

    Personally I got it, I paid $30.00 for a full year of protection, I also made a password free guest account so if my computer is stolen the thieves will be sure to access the internet and the cops can get my lap top back. Before I bought it I watched a bunch of videos on youtube, there is one there taken from a news station that did a story on a guy whose entire house was robbed but he was able to recover $20,000 of stuff or so because his laptop led the cops to the house where the stuff was stashed. I say go for it, I did.

    I use Lojack for the corporate Dell lappies at work...not on my MBP...the install process and tracking page are pretty good...
