With a 256GB iPhone and iPad I'd like to keep all of my music (my ripped CDs and stuff I add from Apple Music) on my devices at all times so I can still play when I don't have internet. Like when flying. I've played around but some random music seems to drop off and I have to download. Is there some way to keep it all local? TIA.
