Why does the Apple Home app get stuck at Loading Accessories and Scenes after resetting end to end encryption after erasing iPad and setting it up as new with a different passcode and then using the forgot old passcode option and clicking reset encrypted data?

This was annoying me to no end. Did you try this?

Mine works fine with iOS 16.1 and iPad OS 16.1, but I get stuck on "Loading Accessories and Scenes" with MacOS Ventura.

And, now, a few hours later, it just started working with MacOS as well. Go figure.
