Loading different Terminal preferences at launch

Is is possible to have many shortcuts to Terminal on my desk/dock, all of which would launch Terminal with different preferences? I need this mostly since I use a number of programs through ssh and some of them won't accept Ctrl+H as delete. Also I'd like to automatically make ssh connection to different servers through different shortcuts.
