Loading Windows 7 with Bootcamp

The loading is now so easy with a preloaded USB stick. But when I open Internet Explorer to search for something its like Invasion of the Body Snatchers! Dozens of things just load themselves up...some freeze my Mac...any idea how to avoid this?
