Local SQL editing app (ie, Base/Menial for iPad)?

Is there an app that allows you to work on (modify/add data to) a locally (on the iPad) stored SQL database? Something akin to the Mac application Base from Menial.

iOS is a walled garden. Without jailbreak there is no SQLite GUI client,
