A problem came up with when we were upgrading from Tiger to Leopard on my girlfriend's computer. Basically, we can't install anything or delete anything right now because her account is no longer the administrator, local_admin is but we don't even know the password for that one. This seems to be the only problem with the upgrade so if we can fix it that would be so much better than doing a clean install.
Any pointers?
