Does anyone happen to know where the sound files for tweetbot are located? I've done some looking myself but didn't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

They might reside within the application folder itself.

I didn't see tweetbot in there. Am I looking in the right place? The application folder right under the root?

    Edit: nevermind, found the folder.

Edit 2: found the file I was looking for :)

check in the app folder i know the espn sportscentre app does the espn jingle everytime you get a notification so it might be similar to that

    apps should be in var/mobile/Applications

the folder looks like gibberish like random letters and numbers but if it does hit the settings icon in the bottom left then turn on application names

edit seen your post, glad you were able to find it
