Location based Reminders not working, please help!

So whenever i try to tell Siri to remind me to do something when i get to certain places, siri tells me that i need to enable locations for reminders. which i already have enabled on "while using the app" and ive also tried to put it on "always" but whenever i try to ask siri, siri tells me that and when i look at the setting for reminders, its on "never"... it seems like whenever i am asking siri, siri gives me that error and the settings changes to "never"... is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Have you tried checking the setting related to that under Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services? (Also have you made sure that Siri has location access, in case that might play a role?)

Any other suggestions for this? Mine have suddenly stopped working, but I'm sure I have all of the correct presets toggled on.
