iPod touch Location is stuck

For the past three weeks my iPod says I'm in Franklin, Tennessee when in fact I'm in Seattle. It doesn't seem to matter which app I use (Google maps, Yelp, One Bus Away, etc) each asks if it can use current location then places me in Tennessee.

I WAS in Franklin, Tennessee three weeks ago for about an hour.

I've reset my iPod Touch but that hasn't solved the problem. What can I do?
