Location of Microsoft Project Gallery/Remove Newly Created Template Folder?

What folder does Microsoft Project Gallery reside in, Microsoft Office 2008 folder or the Office folder?

Also, I put several templates into a folder that I labeled as “My Templates” and put it into the Template folder, and then I removed it. After that, an invisible folder called “My Templates” remained with three previous files in it, which are now invisible. I can’t find the folder with the files in it or remove it.
How do I get Project Gallery back to the way it was?
