Location services greyes out

Am on iphone 3gs with latest iOS 5. I want to enable location services but when I get there the page is greyed out and you can't toggle the buttons on or off. What gives?

Never mind. I had the restrictions in general settings up to max. Duh. solved.

Location services grayed out?

Try "Unlocking" first.
Click the lock to make changes.
That solved the problem for me... after chewing the corner off my MBP 😱
