Location Services (please help)

Hello,

I dont know if this has been asked before. I've searched the web and have not been able to find any answers on this.

My location services will not let me do anything. Everytime I try to use my gps or maps a box pops up asking me to enable location services. Does anybody know what is going on? It wont even let me enable / disable the option. Looks "greyed" out...



Please, any help would be much appreciated..😎

Sounds like your GPS chip died.
Try bringing it to Apple to see if they're replace the phone for you.
If you're under warranty still it shouldnt be a problem.
