Hi all

So I am currently using a iphone in the UK and I have my Apple ID location set to the UK as well. I've been asked to update an app (specifically Whatsapp) and whenever I try to do so, it comes up with this message
"Your account is not valid for use in the Dutch store. You must switch to the Emirati store before purchasing".
Now this phone was previously used by another family member in The Netherlands and has recently moved to Dubai. However, surely the fact that I've switched the Apple ID attached to phone and saved the location to the UK should mean that I don't have any issues? I've tried signing out and signing back in again with my Apple ID on the phone, making sure my location was set to the UK and it's telling me that it has successfully done that. But I'm still getting the same issue.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you delete the app and then download and install it again?
