Lock button loose?

So sometimes when I press the lock button the screen doesn't turn on. It happens once a week. Is there a problem with my phone? I have a case on btw.

You mean the side power button, or the home button? With every iPhone I've ever owned, occasionally the home button will fail to register (once) when trying to wake the device. It must be a software glitch. I expect that the power/sleep/wake button will be the same.

The ringer switch is loose on mine. No big deal. Works fine.

It should register at least 90% of the time, any lower should be annoying and probably warrant an exchange

HELLO, Same here same exact issue, I don't think it's he case, it something with iOS 9.1 it's so annoying I have to click the power button or home button 20-30 times. 9.0.2 never did that
