wproct macrumors 6502 Nov 24, 2015 #3 Yes, I'm like sunking101 in that I always use the home button to turn on my screen and I have noticed this also. It happens very seldom, and I just figured that I didn't depress the button quite hard enough, but it is just as you described.

Click to expand... I will agree with the others and once in three weeks is darn good. Does not happen to mine often but every once in a while it does. Nothing to worry about.
