Lock Screen album art

Is there a way to keep the album art on the Lock Screen permanently? Right now the behavior seems to be that if you tap the art it shrinks to a mini player and then if you tap the mini player it takes over the Lock Screen.

Is there a way to stop this behavior and keep the art permanently on the Lock Screen?

I would like to ask - do you want to have the full size album shown all the time on Lock Screen?

If you don’t click it to shrink - it will be there next time you run music app or don’t close it. If another app with video / music will be opened after that their widget will be there instead
