Lock screen email notifications not clearing

iOS 8 GM build...

When I get an email from exchange and I see them come thru on my lock screen, but I read on my computer... the lock screen doesn't clear them like before... rather annoying. Before they would clear if I read them elsewhere.

Emails never get cleared off the Lockscreen with exchange on iOS 6, 7 & 8. It's annoying.

I'm getting this with my iCloud mail account as well, it worked fine on iOS 7 right up until I installed the 8 GM.

They did at one point for some time for me in iOS 6 and 7 as I recall, but not for the last few months in iOS 7 and now iOS 8.

Same problem here on iOS 8 on iPhone 6 Plus. My Google Apps (Exchange) emails on the lock screen are not going away when I read them on other devices (eg. my iPad or Mac). It did work consistently on iOS 7 for me.
