I have a iPhone 4 jailbroken (Cydia) Downloaded the htc theme with the lock screen that shows the weather , temp but my problem is it's set to the weather in Some 3 world country instead of my city. Where or how can I change that ?

you use iFile and navigate to var/stash/themes

find the HTC folder and inside it will be either a setup.html or configure.js or lockscreen.htm something like that and you have to find the part in the in code that says var local = 'xxxxx'

the x's being numbers, you then have to find your citys location id an replace the numbers in the theme with yours
