Lock the screen depending on what network you're connected to

I'm sure I've seen apps like this before (or even scripts, hacks, whatever you like). Basically on my iPhone I have a tweak called CleverPin which turns on my passcode depending on whether or not I'm connected to my home network (so when I'm at home I don't need to type in my pin code).

Now I hate having to type in my password just to wake my computer from sleep, but would like to have it lock automatically when I'm at the library or elsewhere other than home.

Is there any way to do this? A bit like Airlock which used to unlock your mac if your iphone was in range. Just something to change the "require password when screensaver starts" option when I'm not at home...

Does anyone know of anything that would help?
