first time on the forum, first time ipad owner...
Two questions to the group...
My IPAD was working just perfectly last night, yet this morning it shown a padlock icon at the very top of the screen. I have a message in the middle that sez:
ICLOUD BACKUP, THIA IPAD HASN'T BEEN BACKED UO IN TWO WEEEKS...
press... OK
at the very bottom of the screen is a right pointing arrow with the words "SLIDE TO UNLOCK"
I press the "OK" BUTTON on the ICLOUD message... nothing. I try to slide the arrow at the bottom nothing... the screen appears to be locked hard.
is there a master reset to get out of a system crash/freeze
the who thing is locked up tight...
Number 2 question, how can you tell the model of your IPAD? do I have a IPAD2 or IPAD 3? How do I know?
appreciate any advice... I'm dead in the water...
