Locked out of my iPhone 5 passcode not working

can anyone help me i just restored & updated my iphone 5 to iOS 8 but problem is when i locked it it locked me from my phone completely like my passcode wont work & i am getting mad can someone help? i am stuck at 60 minutes & i cant restore because Find My iPhone is on & my lock screen button is broken as well so no DFU mode 😡😡😡😡

Take proof of ownership of the phone to an Apple store, and they should be able to assist you.

Apple store will help you out, provided you can prove ownership of the phone and the account it is registered to.
