Lockinfo and Notifications

Can anyone help me with getting the native notifications on iOS 5.0.1 to go away on the lockscreen so i can actually use lockinfo correctly. my notifications just appear over top of lockinfo as well as on the lockinfo app. Sorry if this doesnt make sense. Also, i don't just want to turn the notifications off because i would like for them to show in the pull down notification center.
