Have lockinfo set how I like it, but have found a strange behaviour with notifications.

I have a messaging app Torch and I have disabled it from notification center and lock screen from Settings --> Notifications

However lockinfo is still showing these in it notification screen on the lockscreen. I thought lockscreen uses the rules set in notifications. Basically I do not want these to appear in lockinfo lockscreen, any way to do this?

I believe I am having the same issue (please confirm whiskeyvol I don't want to hijack your thread). I use google voice for a lot of texting but do not want to be able to view the notifications from the lockscreen/notification center. I still want all other notifications to appear on the lockscreen and notification center like normal however.

It appears to me that all third-party notification settings are all put into one category in lockinfo and that they all must be treated the same way. Does anyone know of a way to prevent this?

did you try the torch app settings?
strangely I hadn't, been checking lockinfo settings and notification settings.

So there options in the app - Notifications: Sound, Vibrate, Preview Text

Turned off Preview Text and it still notified but just saying you have a new message rather then the text, so still not really doing as it should.

So I turned them all off from the app. And then no alert at all, then turned sound back on and it seems to work now, I get sound but no notification on lockinfo as desired.

Still slightly strange behaviour.

Where does lockinfo take it's setting of notifications?

@ARSKemp - No issues on hijack, that is in essence the same issue just another app, would be nice to know

Besides this little bug, hows your overall experience with LockInfo?

Try disabling it from within LockInfo's preferences:

Settings --> LockInfo --> Plugins --> Torch --> Visibility --> Lockscreen = OFF

I've used lockinfo since owning iPhone 3G when it came out, so I love it, phone just not the same without it (and sbsettings). I did however trial IntelliscreenX as it looks very cool, loved the pages concept on lockscreen, but huge flaw for me, was I could not get ISX to display fullscreen the slider I got make vanish with other JB apps but ISX did not use that part of the screen and for me I like the all the real estate.

lockinfo on ios5 working great other then this one notification thing, which seems ok now, even though it doesn't make sense to me, other then that nothing more I can say it's great rarely need to unlock as added bitesms so replying to SMS also without unlock.

Those are my 3 essentials, lockinfo, sbsettings and bitesms.

That path doesn't exist. Torch is not a lockinfo plugin, it's an app store app.

Appreciate the effort though.

I recently removed SBSetting for a couple of reasons. I felt my battery wasn't lasting and every time I hit 'respring', it would give me the spinner and freeze.

One last thing, Hows the battery life with LockInfo?

No resorting issues always comes back fine.

Battery I really can't tell you as I got that silly 4s which has battery issues full stop and I have sadly just been accustomed to poor battery. It's sick if I see a charger I just plug it in.

However it's no worse then before I put lock info, but then I switch 3G off to save battery so in theory it should last longer. I get a day just about but if I'm going out in the evening I need to give it a charge else it will be dead when I actually need it.

There a jb battery fix anyone tried that?
