LockInfo, Notified Pro, Grip Help!

Ok I've installed all the above on my Verizon (if it matters) iPhone 4. NONE of the grip notifications are working, I don't know whats wrong. Can someone help?

Can someone post their EXACT settings? I'm extremely frustrated!!!
