Is there a way to change the color of the bars on the lock screen. Right now they are transparent. I was looking to make them one solid color.

One quick question. My LockInfo bars are solid black right now. I have no themes associated with it. I'm trying to make them transparent but the transparency slider doesn't do anything. Is there a file I should edit?
