Locking images onto CD

Is it possible for me to lock images onto CD?
I want to write a few CD's containing images but I dont want the people been able to copy or drag the images from the CD's onto their Hard Drives etc...

No it's not. If it can be read, it can be copied.

Not for free unless you can program.

If i wanted the picture and couldn't drag it I would open it in viewer and press command shift 4. When needed even parts (when the picture doesn't fit on my screen) and reassamble it in Photoshop. So no way (I can think of to show the picture but not let people make a copy).

Watermark it or degrade the picture.

I can think of one. But it would cost, or at least, need a good programmer who would work for free 🙂
