iPad Locking just the wallpaper rotation

Hi, all,

I was trying to find out how to lock the rotation of my iPad's wallpaper. I know how to lock the orientation of the device...but what I want to accomplish is to allow all the other elements to rotate as normal as I change my iPad's orientation with the wallpaper staying in place. Currently no matter what wallpaper I'm using it rotates when I rotate the iPad. Is there any way to do this, to lock the wallpaper into one orientation while letting everything else rotate normally?

Not that I know of. Rotation from Portrait to Landscape and vice-versa rotates the entire display.

Probably because it’s more of an opinion based ask rather than a universally accepted feature. People at Apple may not even have thought about it.
