Locking the screen slide feature

I want to lock the screen slide feature on my iPad so my toddler can only access the apps on one particular screen. I do not want him to be able to slide the screen and access other apps.

Can this be done?

Sorry but no. You can use guided access its in the accessibility settings. But that only gives you one app. Sorry to disappoint you.🙁
