The default behavior of Yosemite is to take your current desktop background, blur it, and set it to the background when you wake your laptop from sleep/screensaver

In this thread they found how to keep your LOGIN screen from changing by setting /Library/Caches/ to your choice and then locking it via sudo chflags uchg /Library/Caches/

Has anyone discovered where the "wake screen background" is stored so I could lock that from changing as well?
