Lockscreen: LockMS - Rough Draft Release

Hello everyone!

Awesome thread, awesome projects so far!

I'm a developer myself and find it at ease to scramble around the html/js/ajax code you guys are so gently sharing.

Have two questions:

1-I have an Iphone 3gs and don't seem to get the lockbackground picture on the place you guys usually define. I just got two thumbnails there.
I just place my wallpaper into the /private folder and get the file there BUT if I change the lockdown background on the Iphone it won't, of course, change it. I need to manually change the file via ssh..are the files on 3gs on a different location?

2-how do I change my slider?


3 - (ops, 3 questions:) ) I can't find my code id (for the weather) anywhere..you guys have any clue where to find this? Portugal, Lisbon. If not I will change the weather script but the way it is is standing close to optimal, didn't want to mess around at all with it.

First, this is fantastic. Thanks for the theme and thanks everyone for all of the additional help throughout.

I'm experiencing a problem with it and could use some help. I installed the theme and when I activated it through Winterboard, it worked fine but it changed the appearance of my signal strength (from the usual bars to dots) and the appearance of my battery on the status bar. If I disable LockMS in Winterboard the appearances of signal strength and battery return to normal.

Any ideas and how to use LockMS and have my battery and signal strength appear normal?

Could it somehow be conflicting with Glasklart, which I'm also using?

I'm running 3.1.3 on a 2g iphone. I installed LockMS via Cydia.

Any ideas on how to be able to use LockMS but have the battery and signal strength appear the old way? Thanks for the help!

Edit: After some poking around, I see that the theme includes new icons for those things as well and a number of others. So I now understand why it's happening, but I still don't know how to change it. Is there a way to override those custom icons within the theme with the normal icons? Or is there an earlier version that doesn't have the different icons?

I keep having this problem, i haven't had it before but i updated to 4.3 and i've deleted it and reinstalled the theme but it keeps showing up like this with the slide bar at the bottom. Any suggestions/ help??

Try just deleting those new icons from the theme and see what happens. (And maybe save them in case you decide you want to put them back.)

That image was renamed recently. The theme probably wasn't updated with the new name. The new file names can be found in this thread, or just Google "WellLock.png" for more about it.

4.3+ incorporated two new images which is causing your issue there. You basically need to create 4 transparent images;

BarBottomLock.png (1x96)
BarBottomLock@2x.png (1x192)
WellLock.png (27x52)
WellLock@2x.png (54x104)

And put them into your TelephonyUI folder. Respring and it should make that image go away.
 
Thanks to the guy who originally made this lockscreen. I've been using it for ages and absolutely love its classiness.
