Lockscreen shortcuts missing

iOS 12 has been great for the past few days on my iPhone X, however, this morning the camera shortcut and whatever that was on bottom left corner has disappeared on the lockscreen.

Is it a bug or did iOS12 move it somewhere else?

Try making sure 3D Touch is enabled.

Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> 3D Touch

It was already enabled. Anyway did hard power down then powering back up fixed it.
