Since I have installed Mojave I seem to get logged out of websites more often and forced to re-enter my password.
Has something changed that would explain this behaviour?

I'm not seeing any problems with different websites and am running Mojave on a 2013rMBP and a cMP 5,1, plus my wife is running Mojave on her 2017 MB Air, with no problems.

Strange. Maybe something else that will settle with time.

I experienced the same. Had to manually re-enter passwords or launch keychain. It has since "settled" for me.

I don't get logged out of any websites except financial institutions - my bank, etc. The logins seem to "hold" even across system reboots and cycling of Safari.
