Logging out user whos logged in through fast user switching

Is there anyway to logout a user whos logged in through fast user switching.

Mrs has used the pc and left herself logged in so its running slow and annoying me, but I dont know her password.

I thought maybe kill the loginwindow process but thats shown as under my account (which is also logged in)

If you have the administrator account, if you restart or shut down it should pop up with a warning about other users logged in and ask for your name and password to continue.

Cheers, I knew about that, forgot to mention I am running a data convert so I cannot reboot.
